The panel will be held from 6pm to 7pm on Friday 18th October at the T.S. Eliot Theatre, Merton College. We will be discussing the future of higher education in this country, and what decisions must be taken to secure the long-term international competitiveness of UK universities.

The panel will consist of:

Sir Michael Barber, former head of the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit and Chair of the Office for Students
Vivienne Stern, Chief Executive of Universities UK
Kate Ogden, Research Economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS)
Rose Stephenson, Director of Policy and Advocacy at the Higher Education Policy Institute (HEPI)
