It can be easy to think of academic career progression in blinkered terms and end up with the impression that there is only one pathway to success.
In In this workshop, we will explore the range of career routes available to researchers seeking an academic career.
We will identify the key skills are experience required for each route providing room for you to determine what success in your chosen academic career might look like for you.
Finally, we will share and discuss approaches to find the right opportunities for you.
