OPEN ARMS Meet the Researcher Talks NDORMS
These talks will be online and in person. In either case, please register for this event - online participants will receive a link for viewing after registering. Please book your place using the booking link below.
Refreshments will be provided from 12:30 pm for those attending in person.
We run monthly hybrid talks for health researchers to share their ideas, studies and results with patients and the wider public. This month we will have two talks from researchers. Lea Dib will discuss ‘Cardiovascular Disease: Number 1 killer in the world. What do we know and where are we heading?’. In the second talk Matthew Luney will talk about ‘Memory and confusion after major surgery: who will be affected and why?’.
These free talks are aimed at patients and public members, University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes staff, and students. All welcome. You do not need any specialist knowledge to join the talk, but we do ask you to book a spot. We would love for you to join us.
