Explore Science Together

The Museum of Natural History is wheelchair accessible and a hearing loop is available. A quiet space will be available if anyone feels overwhelmed. The daytime sessions run by KEEN and Daybreak, in particular, have been developed around the needs of disabled people.

A day of free, interactive workshops, activities and demonstrations, showcasing innovative new collaborations between researchers and community groups in Oxford – from making sustainable paint with natural materials to exploring the relationship between science, technology and hip hop.

Science Together is an exciting new project, connecting the knowledge of Oxford’s community groups with the expertise of researchers from Oxford University and Oxford Brookes to engage with major issues and questions impacting the lives of local people.

Join the fun and discovery in a series of short, interactive drop-in sessions led by the eight collaborations involved.

Everyone is welcome! No booking required, drop in anytime. See www.mpls.ox.ac.uk/public-engagement/science-together-oxford-researchers-and-communities/programme-for-tuesday-7th-june-2022-oxford-university-museum-of-natural-history for more information.
