Bio:
Thomas is a senior research software engineer working with Deidre Hollingsworth on neglected tropical disease modelling.
His background is in software engineering (working in a range of areas, including games, a tech start up and a company making a medical device for Parkinsons). He was drawn to research software engineering after talking to scientists and realising a knowledge gap in software best practises.
He want to share the expertise he has gained from being a software developer with people whose expertise lies in the research they are doing.

Prerequisite:
Be familiar with Python and please bring your own device

Anyone looking to improve their Python skills
