Being able to manage time effectively will help you to be more successful in all aspects of your life.

Issues covered will include work-life balance, planning, prioritising, the need to differentiate between importance and urgency, and using a range of strategies and time-saving ideas.

By the end of this session you will understand more about:
A range of time saving techniques.
Time wasting activities and learn how to deal with them.
The difference between important and urgent.
The importance of planning and setting time aside.
