Completing projects in life and work
Part of the Management in Medicine Programme.

Project management is often full of business jargon which may feel difficult to translate into real-life. This interactive session will introduce and apply some fundamental tools and tricks for getting projects finished, and help attendees work through their own projects – be they from life or work.

About the speaker: Dr Oscar Lyons runs leadership development programmes for doctors, allied health professionals and researchers across a range of NHS organisations. He practiced medicine in New Zealand before moving to Oxford for his DPhil in Leadership Development in Healthcare.

The Management in Medicine Programme has been established by the Fellows of Green Templeton College to help clinicians in training and postgraduate students with an interest in healthcare management develop their management and leadership skills.
