Encephalitis Research Engagement Day
Autoimmune encephalitis is an illness affecting the brain. It can cause changes in thought, perception, and memory; seizures; and abnormal movements. In recent years, much has been learnt about the causes and therefore the treatment of this illness.
This day is your chance to find out about the research being carried out by the Oxford Autoimmune Neurology Group. You will also hear from patients, carers and clinicians, as well as having an opportunity to comment on research priorities.
Refreshments, lunch and drinks reception provided.
