Policy engagement for linguists: webinar 1
Are you an early career researcher or graduate student in the field of modern languages, and interested in engaging with the policy world? Two free webinars are taking place in July, as part of an OPEN Leaders project run by Dr Charlotte Ryland. The training will cover why and how early career researchers and graduate students should engage with policymakers. This first webinar will take place on 11 July with a talk from Professor Charles Burdett, School of Advanced Study, University of London. A second will take place on 18 July, with a talk from Professor Wendy Ayres-Bennett, University of Cambridge. You can register for both events using the link below.
