The Science (In)Equity initiative is running an interactive online workshop. We will discuss practical ideas on how to improve racial equity within our departments and we need your input. The workshop will be introduced by Professor Hugh Watkins, Head of Department for RDM and Professor Matthew Costa, senior member of NDORMS. Attendees will be put into small breakout rooms with facilitators, where participants will discuss several well-researched ideas that could be put forward for action. We are looking for feedback on these ideas as well as new ideas and comments.
