Innovation Leadership Programme (ILP)

This is a five session blended learning course - starting 20th November at 10.00 - 13.00 (in-person), then takes place 22nd (online, 10.00 - 14.00), 24th (online, 10.00 - 13.00), 27th (TBC) until the final session on 29th November (in-person 10.00 - 16.00).

Our Innovation Leadership Programme (ILP) is designed for new Lecturers/ Associate Professors/Senior Independent Research Fellows (e.g. Royal Society and UKRI funded Fellows).
This 5-module blended course is aimed at nurturing your leadership abilities, fostering innovation, and building effective communication skills.
The course provides a valuable opportunity for academic professionals to enhance their leadership and innovation skills, enabling them to excel in their roles and make a broader impact in their respective fields.
