The Futureproof Formula is an 8-part framework that breaks down the process of designing your career as if it were a company. We’ll start with how to identify your values to craft a personal theory of change and move on to how to build a futureproof skillset in the face of AI, while supplementing your skills with a strong personal brand and personal board of advisors.
This will be a highly interactive workshop that will get you to think intentionally about how you design your career for maximum impact.

As this workshop is in-person we are offering places to women* researchers. Our online GroWISE offer is open to ALL, so please keep an eye out for our next GroWISE event!
