Innovation thinking (and how to really understand a problem)

Dr Jeroen Bergmann will provide an overview of how postdocs (and other research staff who are not students) can apply innovation thinking to understand the core of a problem. The session will include a short Q&A.

Each PoPoH session is designed for postdocs and covers:
a brief overview of career and training support available to postdocs and other research staff at the Medical Sciences Division
a 30-minute lecture by an expert on the session’s theme
ideas for simple things you can do now for your career and work/life balance, followed by a short breakout room session (to decide on one thing you can do for your career and one thing you can do to build your resilience in the next month)
