Unlocking the Power of Climate Financing - A UN Approach
Leading experts from the United Nations Climate and Clean Air Coalition and the Nigerian Ministry of Environment come together to discuss: How do we move away from handouts to developing countries, and leverage entrepreneurship to fight climate change?
The Paris Agreement opens up a major business opportunity to leverage financing for climate change mitigation. This session will contain presentations regarding what is being done on the ground to build women entrepreneurs fighting climate change in Nigeria, and what is being done within the United Nations system to promote sustainable development, climate change mitigation and adaptation.
