‘OHFT’s Clinical Strategy and a translational research focus’
Chair: Belinda Lennox
Abstract:
Oxford Health’s Clinical Strategy sets out the Trust’s clinical priorities and ways of working to realise these. The strategy focuses on improving patient outcomes, reducing health inequalities, prevention and enabling more proactive care. The Trusts three clinical priorities are:
* Ageing well and End of Life Care – improving support and care for older people at home, reducing the need to come into hospital
* Offenders / Offenders pathway – prevention and earlier intervention to reduce people entering the offender pathway
* Children and young people’s mental health – a stronger evidence base to better inform prevention and earlier intervention
