End of Term Blues – an Anti-Racism Working Group Social
8th Week Blues is a performance and jam session to help spread joy during the toughest week of the term.
We’ll kick off the proceedings with a performance by Rawz with a short Q&A. Then we hope to showcase some of the great talent we have here at SoGE. Do you play an instrument? Sing? Rap? Dance? Are you a slam poet? An artist? Please come and perform! All styles and genres are welcome. Please use this form to register to perform or attend. Performances should be short (5 -10 minutes).
Join us– everyone is welcome – and enjoy a mix of finger food and African soul food and Oxford’s best sticky toffee pudding provided by Wuntoyo Catering.
There will also be an opportunity to learn more about SoGE’s anti-racism and EDI initiatives, and to join our group and help with accountability and action in the Department.
