Excluded Lives End of Project Event
The ESRC funded research project The Political Economies of School Exclusion and their Consequences (2019-2024) aimed to understand the contextual and institutional processes that lead to different types of school exclusion (official and ‘hidden’) and the consequences for excluded young people, their families, schools, and other professionals across the 4 UK jurisdictions: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. In this event, members of the Excluded Lives team from across the UK will present the overarching cross-jurisdictional themes and findings from the research.

You are warmly invited to the Excluded Lives End of Project Event where members of the research team will be presenting the overarching cross-jurisdictional themes and findings from the Political Economies of School Exclusion and their Consequences project. Dr George Head, Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow and member of the Excluded Lives advisory group will act as discussant at the event.

This will be a hybrid event with live Q+As. Those who join online will be able to ask questions through the chat function.
