According to a 2016 study, his 1995 article “Rationalist Explanations for War” is the most assigned journal article in graduate IR programs at U.S. universities. The Oxford International Relations Society is honored to join Professor Fearon on the topic of contemporary power conflict. The event will be held online, and an open Q&A will follow the talk for attendees to engage in discussion with Professor Fearon.
