This talk will provide an overview of the iCT-SAD programme for treating adults with social anxiety. It will outline a series of empirical studies conducted in the UK, Hong Kong, and Japan evaluating the efficacy, effectiveness, and cross-cultural suitability of the programme. It will offer reflections on using the programme as a therapist and supervisor, considering how this might contract with traditional in-person therapy approches.
