The Hill Digital Health Accelerator summer event series has been a huge success and we would like to thank everyone who has who has come to these events, shown interest in hearing from our speakers, debated the digital health topics presented, and demonstrated their enthusiasm and appetite for health technology and innovation.
We’d now like to invite you to our final event of the summer “The Hill Pitch Event”, on Thursday 22nd September, in the Tingewick Foyer of the John Radcliffe Hospital, where we would like to invite all those who have come forward with their ideas to register to pitch their idea to our panel of experts, made up of representatives from the regional Hospital Boards, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Industry and Investors.
* Do you have an idea? * Would you like to innovate? * Could you be an entrepreneur?
Pitches can be from those at any stage of development from initial ideas and prototyping to those having launched commercially and looking to scale up and will be open to individuals and teams from all backgrounds and sectors with ideas for digital health within primary, secondary, tertiary and social healthcare.
This pitching event is a unique opportunity to build more awareness, receive productive feedback from an expert panel, and network with key players from the world of healthcare and technology within the Thames Valley region. After the one-minute pitches, the panel of experts will choose the five ideas to progress with a chance of discussing taking their idea forward.
The Hill is Oxford’s NEW digital healthcare ideas lab, for: patients, carers, nurses, doctors, healthcare professionals, designers, developers, researchers, business leaders and investors. Whether you are in ‘the system’ or feel like you are currently outside of it, it’s the place to come for support and inspiration in solving the big healthcare challenges of the day, using digital technology.
If you are interested in pitching your idea during the session, please fill in the relevant section of the registration form, or if you have any questions, please email geraldine.murphy@oxfordahsn.org. We have a limited number of pitch slots, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
