Governing Climate Change After the Paris Agreement
Status: This talk is in preparation - details may change
The outcome of Paris Climate Conference (COP21) generated a feeling of unexpected optimism regarding the ability of society to mitigate climate change. Yet is this optimism warranted? Whether or not you agree, the Paris Agreement forces a re-think of notions of the ‘art of the possible’. Organised by King’s Climate, you are invited to a public discussion of this question, with four prominent international thinkers in the field who will each present brief reflections on climate governance in the wake of the Paris Agreement.
