Today more people are choosing to do a PhD than ever before, but jobs within academia are not growing at the same rate. How then can you use your PhD and postdoctoral experience to maximise your chances of success? This session reviews current priorities in academic recruitment, as well as the opportunities available to early career researchers that can be used for strategic positioning in the academic job market.
