International Women's Day - Empathic Leadership, Trust & Conflict
This online 1-hour webinar for International Women’s Day 2023 will explore what it means to be an empathic leader and why this is a critical leadership skill. The webinar will also cover some of the research on empathic leadership and how this relates to trust. Workplace conflict will be discussed in relation to empathic leadership, and practical tips will be shared on how we can become more empathic and build stronger relationships at work.
