This lunchtime workshop will start with some inspiration from Prof Dame Carol Robinson (Department of Chemistry) as she shares her insights on successfully combining academic and entrepreneurial achievement.

Over lunch we will work in small groups to identify some of the key opportunities and obstacles to women succeeding in enterprise and entrepreneurial ventures, and what else Oxford can do to support our researchers to take this path successfully.
