‘Anecdotal Evidence’ is Wendy Cope’s fifth poetry collection, and the first since ‘Family Values’, in 2011. Topics include childhood, love and death, poems commissioned for the Shakespeare anniversary in 2016, and tributes to John Cage and Eric Morecombe.
