The Conversation - training sessions for researchers
Have you thought about writing for The Conversation (theconversation.com/uk) but aren’t sure how it works? If the answer is YES, register for this training session with an editor from the The Conversation to find out more. The session will include an ‘Introduction to The Conversation’, followed by an interactive workshop on ‘Writing for a Public Audience’, with opportunity for questions.
There are also a small number of 20 minute one-to-one sessions with the editor available.This may be useful if you have an idea for a story but would like to some advice on how best to pitch it. The editor can give you a steer and encouragement on the best angles for turning your research and expertise into articles.
