Kellogg College Vincent Strudwick Lecture with Rabbi Baroness Julia Neuberger

This year’s Kellogg College Vincent Strudwick Lecture on Religion in Public Life, “Civility in Public Life” will be given by Rabbi Baroness Julia Neuberger.

The lecture will be followed by questions and conversation led by Professor Jane Shaw, Kellogg Honorary Fellow, Principal of Harris Manchester College and Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Professor of the History of Religion in the University of Oxford.

Julia Neuberger is Senior Rabbi of the @WLondonSynagogue, a cross bench Peer in the House of Lords, former CEO of the King’s Fund, and a founding Trustee of the Walter and Liesel Schwab charitable trust, set up in memory of her parents. She is also a Trustee of Full Fact, a Trustee of the Rayne Foundation, Trustee of the Van Leer Group Foundation and Chair of the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute. She chaired the Review of the Liverpool Care Pathway for Dying Patients in 2013 also was Vice Chair, Mental Health Act Independent Review 2017-2018. She is Chair of University College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and will become chair of Independent Age from October 2019. Her latest book on Antisemitism (Orion Books) was published in May 2019.
