Perception of uncertainty by the participants of the educational process under state of war in higher education institutions of Ukraine
The talk will cover the functioning of the public projects at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Ternopil National University, Ukraine, i.e. Career Bureau, Research Office of the Education Manager, Training Research Centre, Research groups of master’s students, Centre for Inclusive Education, Centre for Pedagogical Consulting. Special attention will be paid to scientific work of the faculty as well as to the functioning of the master’s programme in Management at the Department of Pedagogy and Management of Education. The talk will present the special program in the frame of which master’s students of the faculty have been participating in the creation of an internal education quality system based on Secondary School in Ternopil.
Oksana Bodnar will share her own practical achievements, in particular, the experience of using analytical and expert tools in teaching academic disciplines to undergraduates; will demonstrate the research results conducted on the decision-making under uncertainty and the specifics of decision-making in the context of war to preserve health, students’ risk perception in everyday life, assessment of the effectiveness of training under the state of war in Ukraine, analytical and expert activity of an education manager, management of changes in the educational process of an educational institution under the state of war in Ukraine.
