Dr Victoria Phillips (Columbia University) is the author of Martha Graham’s Cold War: The Dance of American Diplomacy and serves as a Visiting Fellow at OCLW. She is also a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington, DC, where she co-directs the Cold War Archival Research Institute.No prior reading or preparation is required, but attendees joining in person are encouraged to bring their own laptops.
