Religious Freedom, Social Justice and Democracy in Modi’s India
An evening with Professor Alpa Shah, where she will explore the themes of democracy, social justice and religious freedom in India under Narendra Modi.
These issues are central to her latest book, The Incarcerations, which looks at a group of jailed human rights’ activists.
Alpa’s talk will be followed by a Q+A session. Light refreshments will be provided and copies of the book will be available to purchase.
