Associate Professor at Monash University, Michelle Rendall will look into gender gaps and inequalities in the changing labor market, transformed by technology.

- Developed economies have experienced a rise in female labour market participation, a reversal of the gender education gap and a closing of the gender wage gap. Developing economies are following in stride. – How are these patterns linked to technology and the changing demands of the economy? – What do they mean for gender disparities on the labour market? – While much progress has been done in narrowing gender gaps, gaps remain all around the world. What are potential policy tools that could go some way in reducing the gap further?
