One for all: A structural vaccinology-based design of a unique Flavivirus vaccine
please arrive 5 minutes early to access the building
Many of the new re-emerging viral epidemics are caused by flaviviruses such as Zika, dengue or yellow fever virus. Co-circulation of these viruses in the same target population generates overlapping host responses. We have used a reverse vaccinology approach to identify the target of potent cross-neutralizing human antibodies and propose a design of a unique vaccine against dengue and Zika viruses.
