Exploring the Ageing Frontier with the LSF
Please note this event is for those who have registered in advance only. Capacity for this event has now been reached.
The Longevity Science Foundation is thrilled to invite you for an afternoon seminar exploring anti-ageing and what the future holds for longevity science. Longevity is a multidisciplinary field incorporating sectors like pharma, biotechnology, psychiatry, artificial intelligence and much more. Researchers across the globe are working tirelessly to help us live longer and healthier lives. With recent developments across supplements, wearables and age-related diseases, the time is now to get smart on longevity science.

As a global nonprofit organisation, the LSF advances breakthroughs in longevity by supporting early-stage research in the field. The LSF operates with a mission to make longevity accessible for all, with treatments reaching humans in as little as five years. The Foundation funds early-stage research in the field to spark new ideas at their source.

Pawel Swietach, Professor of Physiology, Department of Physiology, Anatomy & Genetics, University of Oxford, will welcome guests followed by an introduction by Richard Siow, Director of Ageing Research at King’s College London (ARK) and Visiting Senior Academic in the Department at Oxford. The keynote presentation will be given by Lisa Ireland, CEO of the Longevity Science Foundation. She will discuss how funding supports cutting-edge research and what you can expect to see from the longevity field in the coming years.
