Hosted by the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship as an ecosystem event (open to all) at the Skoll World Forum, this informal breakfast gathering has the aim of creating new links between researchers and practitioners in the social innovation world.
Social entrepreneurship has a lot to gain from links to academic talent and high quality research. From understanding complex systemic challenges to evaluating what works and staying on top of macro trends and policy, academic research can help accelerate the impact of social innovation.
This morning gathering will be an opportunity to hear about some of the research that is going on in Oxford around social impact and social innovation; to engage in discussion around how stronger research-practice links can be built, and allow for some serendipitous meetings.
We hope you can join us!
